I’m beyond excited for our client Maggie Raines and the recent launch of her brand-new podcast, CampFire Faith with Maggie & Friends, which is now live and available on Apple Podcasts, Spotify and your favorite listening platforms!
Maggie believes every ordinary life holds an extraordinary story when it’s rooted in Christ, and she wants to help other women find their identity there too. As I’ve shared with Maggie, her podcast is quite literally something I prayed for, that we would get the opportunity to work on, and she has graciously accepted my offer to appear as a guest on an upcoming episode of my show, Podcast Permission Slip. I’m really looking forward to speaking with her and sharing that one with you soon.
I don’t want to get ahead of myself though, and I first wanted to introduce you to Maggie and her show…
Maggie started CampFire Faith with Maggie & Friends as a passion project: a place to have honest, unhurried conversations about faith the way they naturally happen around a table with people you love. Her heart behind the show is simple, to create a space where listeners feel like they’ve pulled up a seat to warm, real conversations about walking with God through everyday life.
Maggie is one of 7 kids raised in a family of storytellers, and in addition to having a powerful conversation with her own mother, Diane, in Episode 3, you’ll also be meeting her sisters, who will be joining Maggie to share their own testimonies and stories of faith.
Maggie spent 23 years on a Christian youth camp in East Texas, raised two kids, and went back to school in her 40s to become a nurse. The experiences she shared in Episode 2, Faith Over Fear: Trusting God When You’re Scared to Move Forward, will inspire anyone who thinks it’s too late to do anything in life (I know it motivated me when I listened to that one)!
You can join Maggie and her friends at the campfire on Instagram and Facebook to continue the conversation, and if you have a comment, feedback or idea for a future episode, you can reach us at campfirefaithpod@gmail.com, I’m sure she’d love to hear from you.
Congrats to Maggie on all her hard work to bring her vision to life, and I just know her message is going to impact others like it has for me!
If Maggie’s story moves you too, and you’re ready to launch the podcast on your heart in as little as TWO weeks (in a stress-free way!) let’s talk. You can book a no-obligation call with me at https://calendly.com/mattpodassist.
